How Our Notary Online Service Works

We offer secure and convenient notary online ontario services that allow you to get your documents notarized from the comfort of your own home or office. Our platform is easy to use and compliant with the Law Society of Ontario.

$35 for the first document

$26 for each additional document (including exhibits).

We are one of the most competitively priced and experienced online notary and commissioner in Ontario.

Affidavits

We can help your draft your affidavits for notary online ontario, Affidavits of Income, Affidavit of Martial Status, Affidavit of Identity (one and the same person/place of birth), affidavits of ownership, affidavits of lost ownership and more.

The cost for drafting is $44 plus the cost of the online notary/commissioning.

Declarations

We offer fast, affordable, and notary online ontario services for certified copies of original documents. Please note that you must bring the original document in for us to make a certified true copy, as we have to examine the document carefully to ensure it is deemed as an original.

Witness Wills and POAs

We can witness your will signing, and provide you with a wet ink counterpart copy, where our notary online ontario acts as the first witness. You must have an appropriate witness on the video call, as we need to notarize the affidavit of execution with the witness present during signing.

Total Cost per Will, including return mail of the wet ink counterpart copy is $170 each.

We do not draft, assist or provide you with any legal advice and act in the capacity as a notary/commissioner only.

Certified True Copies in Person

We also offer in person notary services in Central Brampton, near Queen and Torbram.

The cost for in person notaries is $35 for the first page, and $20 for each additional document.

The cost to notarize wills and poa’s is $80 each. We are proud to offer free printing and scanning for documents that are notarized. We also offer free Wi-Fi and phone charging, if your phone needs a boost.

Can wills and POA's be witnessed and commissioned remotely?

Wills in Ontario can be witnessed remotely and in counterpart, Yes. Your witness and the person signing the will will be on the video call and you will sign your document. The notary online ontario will witness the will signing and the witness, witnessing the will signing, and then sign in wet ink as a counterpart copy. Once we mail you our wet ink counterpart copy with affidavit of exeuction, both copies create a single legal will.

Are you allowed to remotely witness wills in Ontario?

The Ontario Government changed the Succession Law Reform Act on April 19, 2021 to permanently allow the remote witness of wills in counterpart. In counterpart means that all witnesses don’t have to be physically present at the will signing. So when the notary online ontario acts as the first witness, signs in wet ink, and notarizes the affidavit of execution, when combined with the wet ink copy, you have a single valid legal will.
